• Warm-ups
• Birds--like "Bunnies," when the student in the center points to a student in the circle, that student makes a beak. The students on either side of them make wings.
• The Early Bird Gets the Worm--students move around a specific area like worms, may not use hands and feet to crawl. One student acts as a bird and captures the other students, one at a time.
• Protect the Eggs--students must run a relay with an "egg" object. The entire time they run they must keep their "wings" out, or they will be sent back to run again.
