K-2nd Class 14

• Talked about the holiday, look at everyone's costumes.
• Students came out into the center of the circle and did a walk in the character of what they were dressed as.
• Jack-O-Lanterns--students drew a jack-o-lantern face, we showed the faces to the class and the students had to guess how the pumpkins were feeling.
• Making Faces--teacher calls out emotions, students have to make their face into an expression that reflects that emotion, going back to neutral between emotions.
• Storytelling--one student starts a story, and it gets passed all the way around the circle. We chose a ghost story for today.
• Attack of the Zombies--everyone is having fun until the pumpkin lantern goes out and the zombie attacks. We played this game in the dark.
• Students recieved newsletters for October.
