• Talk about the "Avian Flu" and avoiding sick birds. Played Pass the Sneeze, a variation of Pass the Clap.
• Learned new song/activity--Do As I'm Doing. Students join in song and mimic instructor.

• Discussion: What kinds of things would annoy a tree in the jungle? What kinds of things would the like? What would trees talk about?
• Writing exercise: What would you talk about if you were a tree in the jungle? Students shared their responses with the rest of the class.
• We played Earthquake for the rest of the class period.
