3rd-6th class 30
- Warm-ups
- Soundtrack--students had to read from a book while teacher played the piano. The students were encouraged to use their voices to follow the piano's music. The students then got to take turns being the one to play the piano and used stories from their own life instead of reading from a book.
- I Wanna Be a Movie Star--we took turns pretending to be famous people. When a student guessed whom the performer was trying to be, they got to take a turn acting out a character.
K-2nd class 28
- Warm-ups
- Boom-chica-boom
- We learned Once There Was a Snowman
- I'll Turn You Into A...teacher used a magic wand to turn students into different characters. Students had to come out into the circle and introduce themselves as that character.
- We played Earthquake for the remainder of the class.
3rd-6th class 29
- Warm-ups
- Went through Act I Scene I of our play twice through without scripts in hand, students being prompted as needs be.
- Played a word association game passing a ball around to each other and calling out words from the play.
K-2nd class 27
- Warm-ups
- Went through the entire play
- Discussed the balmy atmosphere of the jungle
- Played Keep Away with a spray water bottle to simulate the jungle humidity.
3rd-6th class 28
- Warm-ups
- New tongue twister: The witch wished instead for a whisk to whip her eggs.
- Mouse & Lion—The students scrunch up their faces and bodies for the mouse, bust out for the Lion.
- Read through the last scene of the play.

- New tongue twister: Betty Boop burped and slurped her soup.
- Do as I'm doing
- Pass the blowfish
- Planes, Trains, & Automobiles—Discussion, what kinds of machines can we travel around in? Students choose a mode of transportation and make sounds like that object. We guess what they are by the sound they make.
- Make a train—Students are called one by one to join a train that moves around the center of the room. Train speeds up, then slows down.
